TERMS OF USAGE
By using the Tim Norwood for State Senate Website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by the Terms forth below ("Terms" or this "Agreement").
This Agreement includes Tim Norwood acceptable use policy for content posted on the Website, and we consider these Terms binding on your use of the Website.
Users. In order to use the Website, you must be legally able to contribute to Tim Norwood under the Federal Election Campaign Act or under the State Laws governing the election district in regard to this political website, as amended, and the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act ("Federal Election Law") or under the State Laws governing the election district in regard to this political website. By using the Website, you expressly agree, represent and warrant that you meet all of Federal election law or under the State Laws governing the election district in regard to this political website as to who is a legal contributor, including, but not limited to, the prohibitions on foreign nationals, federal and state contractors and minors. Corporations and/or organizations may not contribute and may not use this Website unless permitted by state law. Further, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Campaign Use. The Website is for the political use of individuals in connection with the Tim Norwood campaign only and may not be used for any other purposes, including any other political, personal or commercial purposes. Any improper and/or unauthorized uses of the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, where necessary.
Responsibility for Postings. By posting any material anywhere on the Norwood for Senate Website, you expressly agree that any material or information ("Content"), without limitation, that you post, place, display, distribute, or otherwise make available ("postings") on the Norwood for Senate Website is solely your responsibility. Thus, you and only you are responsible for that content, and Tim Norwood is not responsible for that content.
Inappropriate Content. Tim Norwood for Senate is a political campaign and, as such, has a deep and conscious respect for the First Amendment and freedom of speech. However, Tim Norword for Senate itself must abide by the regulations of the Federal Election Commission, state, and local laws consequently, will not tolerate inappropriate content of any type whatsoever on its website. By posting any material on the Tim Norword for Senate Website, you expressly agree that any and all Content, without limitation, will comply with any and all Tim Norwood for Senate policies pertaining to the appropriateness of Content, including but not limited to, those policies that appear below.

Content that is illegal or otherwise promotes or supports illegal activity, under any federal, state or local law;
Content that solicits any contribution to Tim Norwood for Senate that is not legal under federal, state or local election law, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of contributions from foreign nationals, federal contractors, minors, corporations, or labor unions, or from persons in the name of another, or in excess of the amounts that may legally be contributed;
Content that promotes or supports any other activity that is not permitted under federal, state or local election law.
Content that promotes or supports hatred, discrimination, racism or bigotry hatred toward any person or group of persons;
Content that harasses or advocates the harassment of another person;
Content that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
Content that contains profanity or other obscene, abusive, or inappropriate language;
Content that is threatening to any person or persons, whether it be a threat of physical, emotional or other perceived harm;
Content that contains information that you know is untrue or Content that libels or defames any person or group of persons;
Content that contains the unauthorized use or theft of another person's copyrighted work, or any other Content that borrows such work without obtaining the appropriate permissions in advance;
Content that exploits anyone under the age of 18;
Content that instructs or encourages any person to violate any law or otherwise engage in illegal activity;
Content that promotes, supports, directs, requests, or otherwise encourages any non-political activity, including, but not limited to commercial, business, personal or other non-profit activities;
Content that promotes, supports, directs, requests, or otherwise encourages in any scheme that, while possibly not illegal, may not be appropriate for or approved by Tim Norwood for Senate, including, but not limited to, raffles, sweepstakes, contests, trades, or barters;
Content that links to other Websites that contain Content not in compliance with these policies;
Content that is in anyway password-protected, restricted or not other wise in plain view, unless such format has been specifically approved in advance in writing by Tim Norwood for Senate;
Any other Content that is patently offensive to the online community;
Content that in any way interferes with or disrupts the day-to-day work of Tim Norwood for Senator; and
Any other Content that, in the sole discretion of Tim Norwood for Senate, is inconsistent with the political purposes of Tim Norwood for Senate or otherwise violates commonly held principles of appropriate conduct, behavior or language.
License. By posting Content to any area of the Website, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Tim Norwood for Senate an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
Copyright Policy. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
Termination. Tim Norwood for Senate reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Website and terminating the usage of such violators.
Term. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website. Tim Norwood for Senate reserves the right to your usage for any reason, at any time.
Privacy. Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Proprietary Rights on Tim Norwood for Senate. Tim Norwood for Senate owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Tim Norwood for Senate, and its licensors.
Disclaimers. Tim Norwood for Senate is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website, whether caused by users of the Website or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Website. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
